Danny Frazer brings over 25 years of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare, organizational development, and outdoor experiential programming. A founding partner of Open Sky Wilderness Therapy, Danny served in a wide range of leadership roles across admissions, operations, program development, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale mission-driven organizations by developing strong teams, cultivating healthy organizational cultures, and creating systems that support both operational excellence and sustainable growth.
In addition to his leadership experience within behavioral healthcare, Danny is the founder of Gain the Ridge Consulting, where he works with organizations and leaders to strengthen culture, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational resilience. His work focuses on helping companies align people, systems, and strategy in ways that support long-term health and performance.
As Strategic Advisor to LifeWays, Danny supports the organization through strategic advising, business development, relationship building, and organizational growth initiatives. Drawing from decades of operational and leadership experience, he partners with the executive team to help strengthen systems, support scalable growth, and foster meaningful connections across the industry.
A passionate advocate for leadership development and the advancement of the behavioral healthcare field, Danny has long invested in supporting both organizations and the people who lead them. In addition to serving as chair of the Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare Council, he is also a founding partner of The Leadership Growth Guild, an initiative focused on fostering leadership growth, connection, and professional development within the behavioral healthcare community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors together in Colorado.
